A Super Quick Introduction to Social Noting

Social Noting is intersubjective mindfulness meditation. The practice finds its roots in the early Buddhist meditative tradition, but is upgraded for our hyper-connected internet age.

The Social Noting approach was created by Kenneth Folk, building off of the innovative work of the Mahasi lineage of Theravada Buddhism, and their method of Noting Meditation. Continuing to build upon Kenneth's innovations, Vince Horn manages this Social Noting Guide, and puts on the Social Noting Facilitator Training. Vince is a long-time student of Kenneth's and is authorized in his Pragmatic Dharma lineage.
